HHO relay hookup


Make sure you use a 30amp automotive relay when you wire your HHO booster to your cars electrical system. This will turn the HHO off when the car is off, and it will also keep the electrical system from drawing too many amps through the ignition.
Next to the poles on the relay you will see a small number stamped into the relay. These poles on the relay are connected as follows:

86 to + tap from Ignition or Fuel Pump Fuse
85 to common ground
30 + from Battery (Use Appropriate Gauge)
87 to Booster +
87a Could run to an LED that would light if something goes wrong and you lose power through relay
